1.Deep plot line and amazing storytelling:

All One Piece fans gonna agree on this one. what makes this anime so special and slightly above all animes is the well-structured and clear storyline. In the first episodes you think the whole anime is about finding a treasure but while you move on you’ll notice that it’s more than that. Freedom, injustice, tyrannous global system, the rise of a persecuted minority all these topics are treated magnificently in this anime.

Partially there’ no villains nor heroes in this show, everyone is fully defending his ideas with conviction and firm belief. Pirates defend their freedom, friends, and free will while marines for example defend the order and integrity of the system. But we can say that they’re equally badass with a well-founded story.

Oda knows pretty well how to make you attached to his characters, I can confirm that you'll drop some tears at least in each arc. One-piece isn’t a comedy series, but when they do have humor it’s usually pretty good.

Usually, I don’t make this kind of statement but with this anime, I have the audacity to say that there’s nothing like one piece. A unique plot, a different way to treat some important topics, good integration of politics, badass characters, and a mix of all sorts of fascinating things.
